이용 조건
- 만 14세 이상 누구나 이용 가능합니다.
- Apple 계정을 통한 로그인이 필요합니다.
- 서비스 이용 시 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

서비스 이용 규칙
다음 행위는 금지됩니다.
- 타인의 정보를 무단으로 수집하거나 도용하는 행위
- 서비스를 악용하거나 비정상적으로 이용하는 행위
- 불법적인 콘텐츠를 업로드하는 행위
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위

콘텐츠 소유권
- 사용자가 업로드한 사진 및 데이터의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다.
- Clobit은 서비스 제공 목적 외에 사용자 콘텐츠를 사용하지 않습니다.

서비스 중단 및 변경
- 운영자는 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 중요한 변경사항은 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 사전 안내합니다.

면책 조항
- Clobit은 사용자가 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 천재지변, 서버 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

계정 삭제
- 사용자는 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제 시 모든 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.

Clobit is an iOS mobile application that lets you record and manage your personal fashion items.

Eligibility
- Available to anyone aged 14 or older.
- A Sign in with Apple account is required.
- By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited.
- Collecting or misappropriating other users' information without authorization
- Misusing or accessing the service in an abnormal manner
- Uploading illegal or infringing content
- Interfering with the normal operation of the service

Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload.
- Clobit will not use your content for any purpose beyond providing the service.

Service Changes and Interruptions
- The operator may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
- Significant changes will be communicated in advance via in-app notice or email.

Disclaimer
- Clobit does not guarantee the accuracy of information obtained through the service.
- Clobit is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or server failures.

Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time.
- All data is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
